Refund Policy – Digital Downloads
At Mrs Printable (www.mrsprintable.com), all products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been downloaded or accessed.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after payment, we are unable to "un-deliver" a digital file. This is standard practice for digital download products.
Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue with your download or the file is corrupted, please contact us at mrsprintablefiles@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened
- - You were charged twice for the same order
- - You did not receive your download link
Customisation Issues
Our templates are designed to be edited in Canva. If you have difficulty editing your template, please reach out to us and we will provide assistance. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or difficulty using the software.
